Payment

30 days from statement.

Credit

Reviewed annually.

Returns

Stocked lines, unopened, within 30 days, in resaleable condition. Special-order items are not returnable once placed.

Shortages

Tell us within three working days of delivery. After that we cannot raise a claim with the carrier.
